Propósito

Responsable de mantener las variables químicas del proceso dentro de sus límites seguros de operación y con el objetivo de mejorar los rendimientos energéticos y consumos unitarios del proceso. Asegurando que se cumpla con los elementos de PSM correspondientes.

Principales responsabilidades

· Definir y mantener los límites seguros de operación del proceso (CEO’s).

· Monitorear el desempeño del proceso y proporcionar soporte técnico ante desviaciones.

· Analizar y resolver problemas de proceso, liderando investigaciones de causa raíz.

· Evaluar la capacidad de los equipos e identificar acciones de mejora continua.

· Optimizar procesos mediante implementación de tecnologías, ajustes operativos y mejoras.

· Proponer y ejecutar cambios de diseño para aumentar seguridad, eficiencia y reducir costos.

· Monitorear y optimizar el consumo unitario de materias primas y energéticos.

· Participar en análisis de riesgos, inspecciones y actividades de seguridad del proceso y del Sitio.

· Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, manuales y procedimientos del proceso.

· Colaborar con producción, mantenimiento y proyectos para mejorar la confiabilidad y desempeño operativo.

Requisitos

Ingeniería Química ó similar

Ingles intermedio

Conocimiento / Experiencia:

Más de 5 años de experiencia en Procesos Químicos.

De preferencia conocimiento en procesos químicos de producción de HF, Sulfúrico ó AlF3.

Conocimiento en columnas destilación, columnas de absorción, ciclos de refrigeración mecánicos y de absorción, cálculos de balances de materia y energía, mecánica de fluidos, propiedades físicas y químicas de compuestos inorgánicos, materiales de construcción, termodinámica, diseño de experimentos y análisis estadístico.

Conocimiento en diferentes metodologías para la solución de problemas.

Conocimiento básico en ISO:9001, RC-14001, ISRS y PSM.
