Key Responsibilities:

Función:

Asegurar la disponibilidad de equipo y carga correcta de los pedidos ingresados con el fin de embarcar en la fecha solicitada, así como realizar labores y funciones conexas y complementarias según se requiera.

Actividades:

1. Revisión de pedidos ingresados y enviados por Servicio al Cliente.

2. Desarrollar y enviar programación de carga a terminales para la solicitud de equipo.

3. Enviar maniobras, solicitud de servicio y de equipo a navieras y terminales.

4. Asegurar información de contenedores y sellos para documentar.

Función:

Importar de acuerdo a lo requerido por el área de compras en tiempo y forma para evitar paros de planta y no conformidades.

Actividades:

1. Enviar documentos al Agente Aduanal para realizar la gestión de importación.

2. Solicitar depósito de impuestos al área de finanzas para asegurar las operaciones.

3. Reportar al agente aduanal los anticipos depositados.

4. Revisar fechas de arribos de los barcos de acuerdo a lo que se tiene por importar.

5. Dar seguimiento con los Agentes Aduanales sobre el cruce de las operaciones terrestres.

6. Realizar reportes sobre las importaciones realizadas.

7. Capturar en sistema Docuware en forma digital todas las operaciones de comercio exterior.

Función:

Administrar los sistemas de gestión de su responsabilidad para eliminar riesgos, accidentes y/o enfermedades derivadas del trabajo e impactos ambientales; así mismo para evitar daños al medio ambiente derivados de la operación, así como cumplir con las regulaciones legales normatividades que dicten los organismos gubernamentales y los convenios que la empresa suscriba.

Actividades:

1. Cumplir con los requisitos legales que por la función del departamento debe asegurarse con las diferentes dependencias gubernamentales.
