Key Responsibilities:

1. Determinar las condiciones de aptitud para laborar del personal, considerando estados de salud agudos, crónicos o con secuelas, para asegurar el desempeño seguro y apto en el entorno laboral.

2. Analizar, controlar y vigilar los agentes contaminantes del ambiente laboral, incluyendo físicos, químicos, biológicos, ergonómicos y psicosociales, para prevenir riesgos a la salud de los trabajadores.

3. Coordinar y revisar los métodos de monitoreo ambiental y biológico, alineados a las NOM y mejores prácticas internacionales, para garantizar la confiabilidad de los resultados y el cumplimiento normativo.

4. Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de exámenes médicos, estudios de laboratorio y gabinete del personal propio y contratista, conforme al perfil de riesgo y protocolos establecidos, para mantener una vigilancia médica ocupacional efectiva.

5. Planificar y realizar la atención ante emergencias médicas, brotes epidémicos o eventos de salud pública, para responder de forma oportuna y minimizar los impactos sanitarios y operativos.

6. Diseñar e implementar programas de mejora continua en salud e higiene industrial, basados en diagnósticos, monitoreos y estudios, para reducir riesgos ocupacionales y mejorar las condiciones laborales.

7. Elaborar y revisar manuales, procedimientos y campañas de capacitación en salud, higiene y prevención, para cumplir con los requerimientos normativos y fortalecer la cultura de prevención.

8. Analizar, realizar y clasificar los riesgos de trabajo, accidentes laborales y enfermedades ocupacionales, conforme a criterios normativos, para establecer medidas correctivas o preventivas que mejoren la gestión de incidentes.

9. Coordinar la relación con instituciones oficiales como STPS, COFEPRIS, COEPRIS e IMSS, y otras entidades, para el cumplimiento regulatorio.

10. Vigilar y controlar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y del Sistema de Administración de Responsabilidad Integral (SARI) y otros sistemas aplicables, para promover la mejora continua y la sostenibilidad del entorno laboral.

3. COMPLEJIDAD DEL PUESTO (i.e. El ocupante gestiona proveedores de diferentes regiones geográficas con diversas condiciones financieras y legales, y el nivel e impacto de las decisiones que debe tomar, gestiona ingresos, CAPEX, ventas, etc.)

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL SISTEMA

SGI:

· Cumplir y llevar a cabo sus actividades en las operaciones y la ejecución de proyectos asignados con base en los lineamientos del sistema de gestión integrado (SGI), en materia de seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y calidad.

NOM-O35-STPS-2018:

· Participar y colaborar en las iniciativas promovidas por la organización para fomentar un entorno organizacional favorable en el centro de trabajo, a través del cumplimiento de los valores éticos establecidos.

· Abstenerse de realizar prácticas o conductas contrarias al entorno organizacional favorable y actos de violencia laboral.

· Colaborar en fomentar y cuidar un entorno organizacional favorable y prevenir actos de violencia laboral.

· Participar en los programas de desarrollo, capacitación y/o entrenamiento, para el desarrollo de habilidades, competencias y conocimientos aplicados a mis funciones y responsabilidades, así como participar en las actividades que establezca la empresa para controlar los factores de riesgo psicosocial.

PSM:

· Participar en el desarrollo de metas y objetivos relacionados con indicadores de PSM con el fin de facilitar y servir como multiplicadores de la aplicación de PSM para el resto de la organización.

· Participar en las actividades correspondientes para garantizar efectividad en PSM.

SEGURIDAD:

· Detener cualquier actividad que involucre desviaciones en medio ambiente, seguridad e higiene y calidad.

Requirements:

Ø Nivel Académico:

· Mínimo: Médico Cirujano con Especialidad en Salud Ocupacional

· Título: Titulado en Médico Cirujano con Especialidad en Salud Ocupacional

Ø Idioma(s) y nivel de competencia: Ingles nivel intermedio

Ø Conocimiento/Experiencia:

· Experiencia mínima de 3 años en medicina del trabajo, preferentemente en industrias químicas, petroquímicas, de manufactura o similares.

· Conocimiento de normatividad nacional e internacional aplicable, como:

§ NOM-030-STPS (servicios preventivos de salud),

§ NOM-035-STPS (factores psicosociales),

§ NOM-010-STPS (agentes químicos contaminantes),

§ OSHA (clasificación de incidentes y enfermedades).

· Manejo de sistemas de vigilancia de la salud y control de incapacidades.

· Conocimientos en higiene industrial básica: identificación, medición y control de agentes físicos, químicos, biológicos, ergonómicos y psicosociales en el ambiente laboral.

· Elaboración e implementación de planes de mejora en condiciones de salud e higiene laboral.

· Conocimiento en elaboración y revisión de programas de salud ocupacional, campañas preventivas, e indicadores de salud.
