Wil jij je verder ontwikkelen in het inkoop vak en leren van collega’s met verschillende ervaringsniveaus? Bij Netafim krijg je als Operationeel Inkoper de ruimte om het volledige inkoopproces te leren kennen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden te nemen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team in Maasdijk, waar kennis delen en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Als Operationeel Inkoper zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je bent dagelijks hands-on bezig met bestellingen, leveringen en leveranciers en schakelt veel met collega’s van onder meer Sales en Supply Chain. In het begin word je intensief begeleid. Naarmate je onze organisatie, producten en leveranciers beter leert kennen, krijg je steeds meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid en beheer je uiteindelijk zelfstandig jouw leveranciers.

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het maken van inkooporders en controleren van orderbevestigingen;
  • Het afstemmen en bewaken van levertijden en opvolgen van vertragingen;
  • Het actief aanspreken van leveranciers wanneer afspraken niet worden nagekomen;
  • Het aanvragen van offertes en vergelijken van prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd;
  • Het controleren van facturen en oplossen van afwijkingen;
  • Het maken van rapportages over leverbetrouwbaarheid en backorders;
  • Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders, waaronder Sales en Supply Chain;
  • Het signaleren van mogelijkheden om het operationele inkoopproces slimmer en efficiënter in te richten.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau in de richting van Supply Chain;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in supply chain, inkoop of logistiek (stage ervaring telt ook mee!);
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, neemt initiatief en wilt jezelf graag verder ontwikkelen in het inkoopvak;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en communiceert duidelijk met collega’s en leveranciers;
  • Je bent proactief en laat niet los wanneer een leverancier niet reageert of een levering vertraagt is;
  • Je beheer Microsoft Office, met name Excel;
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pre;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een werkweek van 36 - 40 uur;
  • Een salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 3.600,- bruto per maand , passend bij jouw ervaring en profiel;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer;
  • Vakantiegeld 8% en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar;
  • 5% bonus op basis van persoonlijk- en bedrijfsresultaat;
