Estamos atualmente procurando uma Pessoa Supervisora de Manutenção para se juntar a nós em nossa unidade de Sumaré/SP. Se Você quer fazer a diferença e trabalhar para uma empresa com propósito, verifique os requisitos necessários.

Principais Desafios da função.

Garantir a manutenção dos quadros de colaboradores através da gestão da equipe abrangendo contratações, demissões e promoções de pessoal.

Supervisão da equipe de rotinas de administração pessoal.

Encaminhar peças de máquinas e equipamentos para conserto com terceiros contratados, acompanhando os prazos de entrega.

Identificar e implementar as necessidades de treinamentos da equipe de profissionais de manutenção.

Supervisionar e sistematizar as atividades de inspeções dos equipamentos realizadas pelos funcionários dos turnos com foco na prevenção das quebras para garantir informações técnicas que sustentem as manutenções planejadas/preditivas e corretivas dos equipamentos.

Garantir a segurança dos colaboradores através do cumprimento aos regulamentos de saúde e segurança e manter a atitude de que todos os acidentes podem ser prevenidos

Aplicar as metodologias definidas pela empresa afim de manter e melhorar a confiabilidade das máquinas e equipamentos.

Como Requisitos Básicos, Você Deve Ter:

Superior Completo em Engenharia, Tecnologia Industrial ou Automação Industrial.

Experiência sólida em Supervisão de Manutenção Industrial.

Experiência em gestão de pessoas e liderança de equipes técnicas de manutenção.

Vivência em ambientes industriais de alta complexidade e ritmo dinâmico.

Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva.

Experiência com gestão de indicadores de manutenção.

Habilidade para definição de prioridades e tomada de decisão em ambiente de múltiplas demandas.

Experiência na interface com áreas produtivas e gestão de conflitos.

Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão da manutenção.
