Actividades:

  • Coordinar y garantizar la disponibilidad de unidades para el transporte de personal de la operación, asegurando un servicio oportuno y eficiente.
  • Planificar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones de campamentos, garantizando la correcta operación de habitaciones, comedores y servicios sanitarios.
  • Supervisar las actividades de limpieza y conservación de campamentos y oficinas bajo su responsabilidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene.
  • Administrar y controlar los inventarios de equipos, mobiliario y unidades asignadas al departamento, asegurando su disponibilidad y correcto uso.
  • Gestionar y supervisar a los contratistas responsables de los servicios de limpieza, mantenimiento y transporte de personal, verificando el cumplimiento de acuerdos de servicio y necesidades operativas.
  • Asegurar la operación adecuada de los comedores de campamento, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable en materia de seguridad, higiene y calidad en los alimentos.

Requisitos

· Ingeniero industrial o afin

· Manejo de Office – Excel Avanzado

· 2 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares

· Manejo de servicios al personal, proveeduría,

· Manejo de contratos

· Manejo SAP,

· Compras Indirectas,

· Conocimientos Financieros
