Propósito

Planear, coordinar y supervisar, los trabajos de mantenimiento eléctrico e instrumentación de los equipos instalados en la planta para que operen en forma continua y segura contribuyendo a alcanzar los objetivos de seguridad de las instalaciones, producción y calidad del producto

Responsabilidades principales

1.-Elaborar el programa de Mantenimiento de los equipos y darle total seguimiento a su cumplimiento

2.-Administrar el presupuesto autorizado del departamento Eléctrico) e instrumentación evitando desviaciones del mismo.

3.-Administrar efectivamente la productividad de la mano de obra y de personal contratista a su cargo

4.-Dar seguimiento continuo a los objetivos del departamento para su cumplimiento con el personal

5.- Cumplir el programa de capacitación en temas de mantenimiento, seguridad y aspectos ambientales, dando seguimiento puntual a su cumplimiento.

6.-Asegurar que la información auditable por las autoridades se conserve actualizada y en resguardo para él, Sistema de gestión Integral

7.- Mantener un ambiente laboral productivo y adecuado para el cumplimiento de las actividades de mantenimiento

8.-Asegurar que los procedimientos, normas y requisitos legales se cumplan cabalmente por el personal en las actividades de mantenimiento (NOM 29 y 22 STPS, NOM-001-SEDE utilización, NFPA, etc.)

9. Asegurar la implementación como líder del estándar 11 “Administración del Contratista” del sistema PSM (Process Safety Management) y contribuir en la implantación, mantenimiento y mejora continua, para los estándares que aplican al área.

Conocimientos/ Experiencia mínima

  • Ingeniero En Electrónica, Instrumentación, Mecatrónica, Electricista
  • Conocimientos en sistemas eléctricos y de control industrial, instrumentación y operación de mecanismos neumáticos e hidráulicos, sensorica de presión y nivel, detección de humo, temperatura y gases, actuadores y válvulas de control de líquidos, office Microsoft (Excel, Word, ppt, Outlook).
  • Experiencia en la industria química de 5 años o similar en el puesto de supervisor de Mantto eléctrico y/0 en instrumentación, automatización.
  • Habilidad en uso de equipo de medición y calibración, técnicas de obtención y análisis de datos, generación y control de documentos de sistemas de gestión, planeación y organización de actividades.
  • Liderazgo actitud proactiva, creatividad e iniciativa, toma de decisiones apegadas a razonamiento. Interés por la seguridad y el medio ambiente, pensamiento estratégico.
