Key Responsibilities:

1. Planeación de las actividades logísticas de carga, tráfico y seguridad interna y externa de productos de las empresas en forma eficaz y eficiente.

2. Administra los sistemas de flujo de materiales, en las organizaciones en forma eficaz y eficiente.

3. Utilizar tecnologías de cómputo e información disponibles, en el proceso de toma de decisiones para la operación eficiente de los procesos logísticos.

4. Diseñar y evalúa estrategias logísticas de operación en redes internas y externas con criterios de calidad y costos.

5. Aplica el marco legal nacional e internacional en las cadenas de suministro y distribución de productos y servicios de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente.

6. Revisar y Controlar los costos dentro de los límites del presupuesto.

7. Administra los indicadores de exportación e importación en áreas de: logística y embarques; y abastecimientos, enfocado a la mejora continua de los procesos con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas establecidos por la empresa.

Administrar el SGI de los procesos de logística y abastecimientos

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL SISTEMA

SGI:

· Administrar, coordinar y supervisar las actividades de trabajo del personal a su cargo, asegurándose de cumplir los lineamientos del sistema de gestión integrado (SGI), en materia de seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y calidad.

NOM-O35-STPS-2018:

· Promover y dar seguimiento a las acciones establecidas para la prevención de los factores de riesgo psicosociales que impulsen el apoyo social y la difusión de la información.

· Detectar e identificar las necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo, evaluar el desempeño y competencias de los integrantes del equipo de trabajo, solventar el cumplimiento de objetivos planificados. Dar seguimiento a las acciones establecidas para la prevención de los factores de riesgo psicosociales.

PSM:

· Asegurar la estrategia en la implementación de PSM a través de involucrarse en el compromiso con la seguridad del proceso, la comprensión de peligros y riesgos, la administración de riesgos y el aprendizaje en base a experiencias, respectivamente.

· Facilitar la disponibilidad y comunicación de los procedimientos que se elaboren durante el proceso a las áreas o departamentos según correspondan.

SEGURIDAD:

· Detener cualquier actividad que involucre desviaciones en medio ambiente, seguridad e higiene y calidad.

Requirements:

Ø Nivel Académico:

o Escolaridad mínima: Licenciatura en negocios Internacionales, comercio exterior o afín

Ø Idioma(s) y nivel de competencia:

o Inglés Avanzado

Ø Conocimiento/Experiencia:

o Áreas de experiencia: Comercio exterior

o Años de experiencia: 2 años
