Técnico de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente

OBJETIVO: Implementar y fortalecer la cultura de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente en la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas, controles y requerimientos aplicables, así como la identificación y seguimiento de riesgos para proteger a empleados, visitantes y contratistas.

REQUERIMIENTOS:

· Licenciatura o Ingeniería Ambiental, en Seguridad o carrera afín.

· 1 año de experiencia en puesto similar dentro de un entorno industrial o de manufactura.

· Conocimiento de Normas Oficiales Mexicanas aplicables a seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.

· Experiencia en trámites ante dependencias municipales, estatales y federales como STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA y SEDUMA.

· Conocimiento en identificación, evaluación y seguimiento de peligros y riesgos (HIRA).

· Experiencia en investigación y seguimiento de accidentes e incidentes.

· Conocimiento en manejo y control de residuos peligrosos y sustancias químicas.

· Experiencia en capacitación e inducción de seguridad para personal y contratistas.

· Conocimiento y control de equipos de protección personal (EPP), equipos contra incendio y de emergencia.

· Manejo de Microsoft Office; deseable conocimiento de AutoCAD, ODISEO, Ergosoft, HIKVISION y Software COA.

· Inglés intermedio.

· Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Netafim planta Reynosa.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES ESENCIALES:

· Desarrollar, documentar y dar seguimiento a políticas, procedimientos y programas de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.

· Realizar recorridos de seguridad en las áreas de producción, identificando condiciones y actos de riesgo.

· Elaborar y difundir alertas de seguridad, reportes de investigación y seguimiento de accidentes e incidentes.

· Participar en el Comité de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas.

· Coordinar y facilitar capacitaciones de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente, incluyendo inducción a personal de nuevo ingreso.

· Apoyar en la identificación y evaluación de peligros y riesgos mediante HIRA, incluyendo maquinaria y equipos nuevos.

· Administrar inventarios, mínimos y máximos de EPP y dar seguimiento a los recursos del área.

· Coordinar la entrada, salida y control documental de residuos peligrosos y sustancias químicas.

· Revisar y controlar equipos contra incendio, equipos de emergencia y permisos para actividades de alto riesgo.

· Dar seguimiento a requerimientos y documentación en plataformas y sistemas del área, incluyendo ENHESA y ODISEO.

· Apoyar en proyectos de mejora y en el cumplimiento de requerimientos ante autoridades de seguridad y medio ambiente.

· Actitud de servicio y buen trato a empleados, visitantes y contratistas.

· Ética en el ejercicio profesional.

· Compromiso con las reglas de seguridad y las políticas de la compañía.
