We're looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand our footprint in Japan. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for an ambitious sales hunter who thrives on winning complex enterprise deals and building markets.

What You'll Do

  • Win new business: Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Drive market growth: Build and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Orca AI's presence in Japan.
  • Build executive relationships: Engage C-level decision-makers and develop long-term customer partnerships.
  • Own your pipeline: Proactively generate opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with our international sales, product, and customer success teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of proven success in B2B enterprise technology sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • A true hunter mentality, with a strong track record of acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and negotiating with senior executives.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing scale-up.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Fluent Japanese and English.
