The posting

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on Social Media and Content Growth Strategist experienced in scaling niche influencer brands through viral content, audience psychology, and multi-platform funnel optimization.

Core Responsibilities

Design and execute full-funnel social media growth strategies for niche creators and personal brands.

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars tailored to each creator persona.

Research and deploy trending formats, audio, and visual styles across major platforms.

Reverse engineer high-performing creator content and adapt proven frameworks for our network.

Oversee content editing guidelines to ensure maximum retention, authenticity, and engagement.

Collaborate with creator managers and community teams to align content with marketing objectives.

Test and iterate on outreach campaigns across multiple traffic sources.

Develop creator-specific storytelling, audience segmentation, and brand positioning strategies.

Build and monitor tracking systems, UTM links, and funnel reports.

Continuously scale successful strategies while optimizing underperforming ones.

Platform Expertise

Instagram Reels and Stories growth strategies.

TikTok organic reach and multi-account scaling.

X (Twitter) for audience building and viral thread creation.

Reddit niche discovery and community funneling.

Snapchat Spotlight and public profile expansion.

YouTube Shorts and long-form content repurposing.

Telegram and Discord for building engaged fan communities.

Familiarity with link-in-bio tools, tracking pages, and creator ecosystem analytics.

Understanding of platform compliance, shadow-ban risks, and algorithm signals.

Required Experience

Proven record of scaling personal brands, influencers, or creator-led businesses.

Deep understanding of content psychology, attention-grabbing hooks, and retention strategy.

Experience running A/B tests for captions, content angles, and posting schedules.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

Skilled in AI-assisted content creation, automation tools, and workflow optimization.

Comfortable managing multiple creator brands simultaneously.

Experience creating SOPs and training junior content staff.

Disqualifiers

No verifiable experience in creator brand growth or social channel scaling.

Primarily theoretical marketing knowledge without tangible results.
