Job Summary

You will maintain high cleanliness standards in guestrooms, care for equipment and supplies, report maintenance issues promptly, and respond to guest needs and safety concerns under the Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all guestrooms to meet company standards and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform cleaning tasks as directed by the Manager to uphold hygiene and presentation standards
  • Handle equipment, linen, and supplies responsibly following Manager’s instructions to preserve resources
  • Report unserviceable equipment promptly to the Manager to enable timely repairs
  • Identify and report room defects or deficiencies immediately to the Manager to prevent guest inconvenience
  • Monitor guest needs and provide appropriate housekeeping service to enhance guest experience
  • Notify the Manager of any guest illness or suspicious persons on the premises to maintain safety
  • Raise the alarm immediately upon detecting fire or smoke to ensure prompt emergency response
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager to support housekeeping operations
