The posting

About us:

We provide education and care for children and young people with communication and interaction needs, autism, and a range of additional learning needs. While most students attend on a daily basis, some benefit from weekly residential placements.

Our provision spans from the Early Years Foundation Stage through to Post-16, serving students from across Devon and beyond. Set within 30 acres of beautiful grounds, the school offers exceptional learning environments that support both academic and personal development. Our extensive facilities include a dedicated sports hall, gym facilities, indoor swimming pool, woodland learning, horticulture area, and a purpose built cycle track, enabling us to deliver a rich and engaging outdoor education programme.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
