Deine Aufgaben

  • Tägliche Outbound-Anrufe bei Restaurant-Partnern zur Optimierung ihrer Online-Profile
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Übernahme von Unternehmensprofilen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Onboarding-Team für eine korrekte Einrichtung neuer Partner
  • Pflege und Optimierung verifizierter Profile
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Änderungen und Eskalationen rund um Profile
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Sales- und Support-Teams zur Lösungsfindung und Performance-Verbesserung
