Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit eine gewissenhafte und kreative Persönlichkeit als Junior Art Director (m/w/d) in Festanstellung.

DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR MISSION

Operative Kreativ-Verantwortung im Studio

  • Du unterstützt beim Projektmanagement von Konzeption bis Produktion
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Fotografie, Styling, Hair & Make Up und Post Production zusammen
  • Du steuerst das Shooting in unserer zentralen Bildregie und machst parallel die Bildauswahl

Briefing & Umsetzung

  • Du übersetzt Kundenbriefings in klare visuelle Leitplanken für das Studioteam
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Style-Guides im operativen Kontext weiter

Kundenkontakt

  • Du bist bei ausgewählten Kunden kreativer Ansprechpartner
  • Du präsentierst Bildauswahlen

Qualitätssicherung & Weiterentwicklung

  • Du bringst Trends und neue Impulse situativ ein – immer im Rahmen der Produktionsrealität
  • Du kannst deine visuellen Ideen klar konzeptionell darstellen und unsere Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Bildsprache unterstützen

DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Grafikdesign Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Du hast bereits erste Shootingerfahrungen bei Fotoproduktionen im Bereich Fashion, Lifestyle oder Beauty gesammelt
  • Du bist konzeptsicher, modeaffin und detailverliebt
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, arbeitest zuverlässig und selbstständig
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite
  • Du hast einen hohen Quailtätsanspruch
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Agenturerfahrungen sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast Lust auf eine neue Herausforderung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
