Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit eine erfahrene, gewissenhafte und kreative Persönlichkeit als Art Director (m/w/d) in befristeter Anstellung.

DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR MISSION

Operative Kreativ-Verantwortung im Studio

  • Du verantwortest die kreative Qualität unserer Produktionen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du steuerst Shootings operativ und sorgst für eine konsistente Bildsprache
  • Du behältst Styling, H&MU, Modelwirkung und Set im Blick und triffst sichere Bildentscheidungen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Fotografie, Styling, Hair & Make Up und Post Production zusammen

Briefing & Umsetzung

  • Du übersetzt Kundenbriefings in klare visuelle Leitplanken für das Studioteam
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Markenanforderungen effizient und präzise umgesetzt werden
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Style-Guides im operativen Kontext weiter

Kundenkontakt

  • Du bist bei ausgewählten Kunden kreativer Ansprechpartner
  • Du präsentierst Bildauswahlen und argumentierst visuelle Entscheidungen sicher
  • Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale im Setup und bringst diese strukturiert ein

Qualitätssicherung & Weiterentwicklung

  • Du sorgst für ein hohes kreatives Niveau auch im Hochvolumen-Umfeld
  • Du bringst Trends und neue Impulse situativ ein – immer im Rahmen der Produktionsrealität
  • Du kannst deine visuellen Ideen klar konzeptionell darstellen und unsere Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Bildsprache unterstützen

DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Art Direction, Creative oder im Shooting-/Agenturumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von E-Commerce-Produktionen und sicher im Umgang mit höherem Output
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für moderne, markengerechte Bildsprache und digitale Plattformen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Entscheidungsfähigkeit am Set
  • Professionelles und sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit Kunden
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Capture One
