Job Description

Temel Sorumluluklar:

  • DCS sistemlerinin günlük yönetimi, bakımı ve sürekli iyileştirilmesini sağlamak,
  • Proseslerde kullanılan kontrol döngülerini (PID vb.) analiz etmek ve optimizasyonlarını gerçekleştirmek,
  • Alarm yönetimi, interlock yapıları ve proses güvenlik senaryolarını geliştirmek,
  • Batch yönetimi ve reçete otomasyonlarını geliştirmek,
  • Operatör müdahalelerini azaltacak otomasyon senaryoları oluşturmak,
  • Manuel operasyonları mümkün olduğunca otomatik süreçlere dönüştürmek,
  • Üretim varyasyonlarını analiz ederek kök neden çalışmalarına destek vermek,
  • CQ oluşumlarının azaltılması amacıyla proses kontrol stratejileri geliştirmek,
  • Enerji tüketimi, çevrim süreleri ve üretim performansını iyileştirecek projeler yürütmek,
  • Historian verileri ve proses trendlerini kullanarak veri analizi yapmak,
  • Üretim verileri ile kalite sonuçlarını ilişkilendirerek erken uyarı sistemleri geliştirmek,
  • Yeni hat ve ekipman devreye alma çalışmalarında otomasyon tarafını yönetmek,
  • FAT, SAT ve commissioning süreçlerine katılmak,
  • DCS operatörlerine eğitim vermek ve teknik destek sağlamak,
  • Üretim, bakım, kalite ve proses geliştirme ekipleri ile koordineli çalışmak,

Aranan Nitelikler:

  • Elektrik-Elektronik, Kontrol, Otomasyon, Mekatronik veya Kimya Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Tercihen kimya, petrokimya, proses veya sürekli üretim tesislerinde en az 3 yıl deneyim,
  • Emerson DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, Honeywell Experion veya Yokogawa CENTUM VP gibi DCS sistemlerinden en az birinde çalışma deneyimine sahip,
  • Proses kontrol teorisi ve PID kontrol sistemleri konusunda bilgi sahibi,
  • SCADA, PLC ve endüstriyel haberleşme protokolleri konusunda deneyimli,
  • Historian sistemleri ve veri analitiği araçlarını kullanabilen,
  • Batch prosesleri ve reçete yönetimi konusunda deneyim sahibi,
  • İngilizce teknik dokümantasyon okuyup hazırlayabilme yetkinliği olan,
  • Analitik düşünme, problem çözme ve ekip çalışması becerilerine sahip
