Salário: R$2.721,40 + R$500,00 (adicional)

Horário: 07:30 ás 15:50 horas Escala: 6x1 (folga todos os domingos e feriados).

O Gerente de Lavanderia é responsável por planejar, coordenar e supervisionar todas as operações da lavanderia, garantindo a qualidade dos processos de higienização, secagem, passadoria, separação, armazenamento e distribuição dos enxovais utilizados nas unidades da empresa. Atua na gestão da equipe, acompanhando o desempenho dos colaboradores, promovendo treinamentos, integração de novos funcionários, elaboração de escalas, controle de jornada, férias e aplicação das políticas internas. É responsável por assegurar o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos, o controle do estoque de enxoval, produtos químicos e materiais de consumo, bem como acompanhar os processos de compras relacionados ao setor, buscando a otimização de recursos e a redução de desperdícios. Também supervisiona a manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos da lavanderia, garantindo a continuidade das operações. Realiza o acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho, produtividade, consumo de insumos, perdas, custos e qualidade dos serviços, promovendo auditorias internas, inspeções operacionais e planos de melhoria contínua. Atua em conjunto com a diretoria e demais setores da empresa para garantir o abastecimento adequado das unidades, a padronização dos processos e a eficiência operacional.

Gestão da Equipe: -Planejar, coordenar, supervisionar e liderar a equipe da lavanderia. -Distribuir as atividades diárias, acompanhando o desempenho dos colaboradores e garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e produtividade. -Promover treinamentos, reciclagens, integração e desenvolvimento da equipe. -Elaborar escalas de trabalho, férias, folgas e cobertura de ausências. -Aplicar feedbacks, advertências e medidas disciplinares, quando necessário.
