Objetivo del Puesto

Liderar proyectos relacionados con la implementación, despliegue, mantenimiento y mejora de soluciones de kioscos de autoservicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad, así como la coordinación efectiva entre clientes, proveedores y equipos técnicos.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar proyectos de implementación y operación de kioscos de autoservicio de principio a fin.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento a planes de trabajo, cronogramas, riesgos y presupuestos.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de desarrollo, infraestructura, operaciones y soporte.
  • Gestionar la relación con clientes internos y externos, asegurando el cumplimiento de acuerdos y expectativas.
  • Supervisar instalaciones, migraciones, actualizaciones y despliegues masivos de kioscos.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y generar reportes ejecutivos de avance.
  • Identificar riesgos y definir planes de mitigación.
  • Coordinar proveedores de hardware, software, telecomunicaciones y servicios en campo.
  • Asegurar la correcta documentación de los proyectos y procesos operativos.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a la experiencia del usuario y eficiencia operativa.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Industrial o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años como Project Manager en proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia indispensable en implementación de kioscos de autoservicio, POS, cajeros, terminales de atención o soluciones similares.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos bajo metodologías PMI, Agile o Scrum.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Manejo de herramientas como MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello o similares.
  • Conocimiento de infraestructura tecnológica, redes, hardware y sistemas operativos.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
