Objetivo: Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar aplicaciones bancarias críticas en ambientes Mainframe, garantizando estabilidad, calidad, rendimiento y cumplimiento de estándares.

Requisitos técnicos indispensables:

  • COBOL
  • BATCH / JCL
  • CICS
  • DB2
  • SQL
  • IBM z/OS
  • Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas bancarios o críticos
  • Control de versiones/promoción de código, idealmente Endevor
  • Experiencia con procesos Batch y herramientas como Control-M / CA-7

Herramientas / entorno:

  • ISPF / TSO
  • IBM Developer for z/OS o Eclipse
  • Git
  • ServiceNow
  • Jira / Azure DevOps
  • Confluence

Deseable:

  • Experiencia con metodologías ágiles / Scrum
  • Inglés técnico
  • Automatización de procesos
  • Uso de herramientas de IA como ChatGPT, Gemini o GitHub Copilot
