  • Conduct research involving healthcare fraud, insurance fraud, False Claims Act matters, and complex civil litigation.
  • Prepare for and take depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts.
  • Analyze deposition testimony and incorporate key evidence into litigation strategy.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including witness outlines, exhibits, evidence organization, and case themes.
  • Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, investigators, government entities, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand and manage complex factual records and data-intensive cases.
  • Comfortable taking significant responsibility and working directly with senior attorneys.
  • Experience or strong interest in healthcare fraud, insurance fraud, False Claims Act, qui tam, or complex civil litigation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility litigation environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
