Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Join a highly focused litigation practice where trust and estate disputes are the core of the work, not a small part of a broader estate planning practice

  • Work directly with experienced litigators and receive mentorship, feedback, and a clear path for growth
  • Take real ownership of cases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, settlement strategy, and trial preparation
  • Be part of a fast-growing, values-driven team that rewards strong performance, accountability, and client impact
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package, performance-based bonuses, unlimited PTO, strong benefits, professional development support, and hybrid flexibility

Location

This is a hybrid role based out of our Irvine, California office. Candidates should be able to work in the office as needed, with relocation considered for the right candidate.

Note

Must have an active California Bar license in good standing, 3+ years of litigation experience, and 2+ years of trust and estate litigation experience. Estate planning experience alone is not sufficient for this role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
