Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Work directly with founders and senior leadership on the company's most important strategic and operational priorities.
  • Step into a high-agency role where you will influence decisions, drive execution, and create meaningful leverage across the organization.
  • Own critical operating systems including leadership cadence, goal tracking, metrics, planning, and special projects.
  • Join a fast-growing business where priorities move quickly and strong operators can make an immediate impact.
  • Gain broad exposure across strategy, operations, culture, communications, and company-building.

Location: New York City, NY. This is an on-site opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment and wants to work closely with founders and leadership.

Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant experience; a consulting/banking-caliber structured background; meaningful startup or founder-facing operating experience. This is a hands-on operating role, not an Executive Assistant position.

About Us

Confidential Employer. We are a fast-growing, technology-enabled consumer legal services company building a more efficient and outcomes-focused approach to serving clients. Our team combines ambitious company-building, operational rigor, and technology, and we are looking for an exceptional operator who wants to help shape the next stage of our growth.

Job Description

  • Serve as an operating right hand to the founders and help turn strategic priorities into measurable results.
  • Drive the CEO's priority agenda, ensuring key initiatives have clear owners, timelines, and follow-through.
  • Own leadership operating rhythms including weekly meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Build and maintain company dashboards, metrics, reporting, and goal-tracking systems.
  • Identify problems, bottlenecks, and emerging priorities before they become larger issues.
  • Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects across the business.
  • Strengthen internal communications, documentation, decision-making, and organizational alignment.
  • Participate directly in strategic discussions and bring thoughtful, well-supported recommendations to leadership.
  • Hold teams and leaders accountable to priorities while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from idea through execution.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant experience; consulting/banking-caliber structured background; meaningful startup or founder-facing operating experience
  • Strong record of owning outcomes rather than only analyzing or advising.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to operate effectively with ambiguity, develop a point of view, and respectfully challenge assumptions.
  • Startup or founder-facing operating experience is strongly preferred.

Why You Will Love Working Here

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $200,000, depending on relevant experience.
  • Health insurance and 401(k) benefits.
  • Direct access to founders and meaningful involvement in company-level decisions.
  • High ownership with substantial autonomy and visibility.
  • Opportunity to build operating systems rather than simply inherit them.
  • Fast-paced environment where strong execution is recognized and rewarded.
  • Significant professional growth as the organization continues to scale.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
