Location

Aberdeen, MD | Full-Time | On-Site

Enjoy a hands-on leadership role based at our Aberdeen office, with regular visits to active project sites throughout Baltimore and surrounding communities. You'll stay connected to both your team and the projects you lead.

Note

We are looking for candidates with a strong electrical construction background and direct experience managing commercial electrical projects. Hands-on electrical trade knowledge, project leadership experience, and the ability to work on-site are essential for success.

Job Description

As our Commercial Electrical Project Manager, you'll lead projects from planning through completion, keeping teams organized, budgets on track, and clients satisfied.

  • Manage commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through successful completion.
  • Coordinate electricians, field crews, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules.
  • Oversee budgets, labor costs, material takeoffs, and project profitability.
  • Review electrical drawings, blueprints, contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, solve problems, and maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors, vendors, and internal leadership to keep projects moving.
  • Build strong relationships with customers while mentoring and supporting your team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
  • Hands-on electrical trade experience or a strong electrical construction background.
  • Experience managing manpower, subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and construction documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of electrical construction safety practices.
  • Ability to work on-site in Aberdeen, MD, and travel to local jobsites as needed.
