Location

York, PA – On-site. Join our team in a professional, collaborative office environment where you'll work closely with experienced attorneys, build meaningful relationships, and make a direct impact on the matters you handle.

Note

Candidates must have an active Pennsylvania law license, 3+ years of civil litigation experience, and hands-on experience independently handling litigation responsibilities involving pleadings, discovery, motions, or court proceedings.

We're looking for a talented Civil Litigation Attorney who enjoys taking ownership of cases, developing effective legal strategies, and delivering excellent results.

Job Description

  • Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Develop case strategies, evaluate legal issues, and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
  • Handle depositions, negotiations, hearings, and other court proceedings as appropriate to your experience.
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing practical guidance and timely case updates.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage deadlines and move cases toward successful resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Experience independently handling pleadings, discovery, motions, or court proceedings.
  • Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Family law litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
