Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Take the helm of a high-volume pre-litigation department at one of Nevada's most recognized plaintiff-side personal injury firms — with the infrastructure, case flow, and operational support to back you up
  • Lead a skilled team of Case Managers and Legal Assistants, with real authority to shape workflows, elevate case quality, and build a high-performing department culture
  • Flex your legal and leadership skills simultaneously — this role keeps you connected to substantive PI work while putting you in charge of how the department runs
  • Partner with Intake leadership to drive case conversion and directly influence the firm's growth from the ground up
  • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and fully employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance — day one coverage for you
  • Work in a collaborative, team-driven environment where your judgment and leadership are genuinely valued and your impact is visible

Location: Las Vegas, NV | Full-time, in-office role at a well-established firm with a strong local presence — and a team built to support you from the start.

Note: Active Nevada bar licensure is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience and 2+ years of management or supervisory experience. Candidates who do not meet these thresholds will not be considered.

Job Description

  • Supervise, mentor, and train Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and pre-litigation support staff across a high-volume personal injury department
  • Develop, refine, and implement case management protocols that improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience from sign-up through resolution or litigation transfer
  • Review and evaluate personal injury claims — assessing liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical treatment, and case viability
  • Provide real-time legal guidance to Case Managers on case strategy, client issues, insurance matters, treatment coordination, and claim development
  • Monitor case quality, deadlines, client communication standards, and department workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Negotiate settlements where appropriate and coordinate timely, well-prepared handoffs to the litigation team
  • Partner with Intake leadership to oversee quality lead conversion and help optimize the intake-to-pre-lit pipeline
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical providers, and other attorneys relevant to case development
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on department performance, KPIs, and operational improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing (required)
  • 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience (required)
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of PI claims, liability evaluation, insurance issues, medical damages, treatment coordination, and settlement strategy
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
  • Experience with SmartAdvocate or comparable case management software preferred
  • Strong client-service orientation, sound legal judgment, and professional communication skills

This is a role where your leadership actually moves the needle. You'll have the team, the tools, and the firm's backing to build a best-in-class pre-litigation operation — and you'll see the results in case outcomes, client satisfaction, and department performance. The culture here is collaborative and accountable, with genuine investment in attorney development and long-term growth. Add in fully employer-paid benefits and strong compensation, and this is a place built for attorneys who want to lead with purpose.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
