Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support Orion Venture’s growth across the UAE. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and position Orion as a trusted partner in next-generation facility management solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facility management, real estate, and construction sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and service offerings
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
  • Support tendering processes, including documentation, pricing inputs, and submission coordination
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate solution alignment
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly
  • Represent Orion at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in facility management, real estate, or construction
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of FM services, MEP systems, or built environment industries is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • UAE market experience is preferred
