Ihre Aufgaben

Support:* 1st \& 2nd Level Support für den Hauptsitz in Hölstein sowie internationale Tochtergesellschaften*.

Infrastruktur: Betreuung und Wartung der Microsoft\-Landschaft (Windows Server/Clients, Active Directory, M365 Admin Center), VMware, Backup, Switches und Firewalls.

Daten \& Reporting: Pflege von MS SQL / Azure SQL (Views, Stored Procedures) und Bereitstellung von Daten für Power BI\-Dashboards.

Projekte: Evaluation und Beschaffung von Hard\-/Software; aktive Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs\- und Rollout\-Projekten (z. B. M365, SharePoint, VoIP).

Dokumentation \& KMU\-Aufgaben:* Erstellung von Prozessanleitungen, interne Security\-/IT\-Schulungen und flexible Unterstützung des Head of IT*.

Was Sie mitbringen

Ausbildung \& Praxis: Informatiker/in EFZ (Systemtechnik/Betriebsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Support\- und Administrationserfahrung.

System\-Know\-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft\-Umfeld (Client/Server, Active Directory, Entra ID / M365\), VMware sowie Netzwerk\- und Backup\-Basics.

Datenbanken: Praktische Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (MS SQL / Azure SQL) und Power BI.

Persönlichkeit: Dienstleistungsorientiert, strukturierte Fehlersuche und echte Freude daran, im Team pragmatische Lösungen für den Arbeitsalltag zu finden.

Sprachen: Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch für den internationalen Austausch.
