Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil Sênior para integrar a equipe de Contabilidade, com atuação estratégica e operacional nos processos de fechamento contábil, consolidação, demonstrações financeiras e atendimento às auditorias. A posição terá interface com diferentes áreas da companhia e participação em processos relevantes de reporte e suporte à tomada de decisão da gestão. Procuramos uma pessoa proativa, analítica, organizada e comprometida com a qualidade das informações, que tenha autonomia para conduzir suas atividades, capacidade de análise crítica e boa comunicação para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e com forte interação entre áreas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo qualidade, consistência e cumprimento dos prazos;Realizar análises e conciliações de contas contábeis, identificando e tratando eventuais divergências;Preparar informações e suportes para o processo de consolidação das demonstrações financeiras;Elaborar e analisar Demonstrações Financeiras e respectivas notas explicativas;Preparar informações e relatórios para reporte à Diretoria e aos sócios;Atender às demandas de auditoria independente, fornecendo documentos, análises e esclarecimentos;Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e análises contábeis;Participar de projetos de melhoria e automatização de processos da área;Acompanhar e aplicar normas contábeis vigentes, incluindo CPC/IFRS;Atuar na identificação de riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos contábeis;Apoiar demais atividades e demandas relacionadas à área de Contabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência sólida na área contábil, preferencialmente em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Experiência com fechamento contábil, consolidação e demonstrações financeiras;Conhecimento de CPC/IFRS;Experiência no atendimento a auditoria independente;Excel intermediário/avançado;Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e alto volume de informações;Experiência com consolidação de grupos empresariais;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, especialmente Datasul;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão e reporte contábil, como Accountfy, e Dattos;Conhecimento em processos de elaboração e apresentação de informações para Diretoria e sócios;Experiência em projetos de melhoria de processos e implementação de normas contábeis.
