O Jovem Aprendiz irá auxiliar nos processos da área Administrativa e na organização do local de trabalho, atendendo a clientes, contribuindo no recebimento, conferência e no arquivamento de documentação, auxiliar na digitação de documentos e relatórios elaborando planilhas e controle de arquivos, entre outras atividades relacionadas à sua área de atuação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar nos processos da sua área de atuação, organizando documentos conforme orientação recebida, verificando padrões definidos, verificando precedentes ou parâmetros prévios definidos, de forma a atender os requisitos necessários para cadaatividade;Auxiliar em levantamentos internos, buscando dados e informações conforme solicitação recebida de seu superior imediato, com objetivo de atender as demandas da sua área de atuação;Contribuir para a elaboração de planilhas e relatórios, seguindo as orientações recebidas de seu superior imediato, auxiliando na preparação de simulações, realizando cálculos e editando textos, conforme as necessidades da sua área de atuação;Realizar atendimento a clientes, verificando as suas necessidades e encaminhando a área e/ou pessoal responsável;Contribuir no recebimento, conferência e arquivamento de documentações diversos, seguindo as orientações do seu superior imediato;Manter cadastro de clientes, agendas e demais anotações pertinentes, para nortear visitas comerciais e/ou atividades relacionadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou cursando, com idade entre 18 a 24 anos de idade, com noções básicas do pacote Office e alguma experiência em atividades da sua área de atuação.Noções sobre os produtos e serviços comercializados pela empresa.Senso de organização, iniciativa, proatividade e relacionamento interpessoal.
