Job Description

Šī ir Tava iespēja:

  • Novērtēt jaunu produktu ieviešanas finanšu potenciālu, apkopjot informāciju no dažādām nodaļām un funkcijām
  • Nodrošināt izmaksu kontroli un sekošanu budžeta izpildei, veidot izmaksu prognozes
  • Nodrošināt kvalitatīvu, precīzu un savlaicīgu atskaišu sagatavošanu Orkla grupai, ikdienā sadarboties ar grupas kolēģiem dažādu finanšu jautājumu risināšanā;
  • Piedalīties gada budžeta sastādīšanā savā atbildībā esošajām funkcijām.

Efektīvam darbam un ātrākai mērķu sasniegšanai Tev būs nepieciešamas:

  • Ļoti labas komunikācijas prasmes, spēja sastrādāties ar kolēģiem plašā organizācijā;
  • Laba izpratne par finanšu uzskaites principiem, dažādiem finanšu rādītājiem (KPIs).
  • Ļoti labas MS Excel prasmes (pieredzējis lietotājs ar spēju veidot atskaites un veikt aprēķinus Excel vidē)
  • Analītiskā un loģiskā domāšana, spēja saskatīt kopsakarības un analizēt sarežģītus projektus;
  • Labas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas (Ziemeļvalstu - Baltijas struktūra, iekšējā uzņēmuma valoda saskarsmē ar vadītajiem ārpus Latvijas – angļu);
  • Spēja strādāt patstāvīgi, plānot savu darbu un izvērtēt prioritātes;
  • Elastība un spēja pielāgoties pārmaiņām
  • Augstākā izglītība ekonomikā, finansēs vai vadības zinātņu jomā;
  • Iepriekšēja darba pieredze finanšu analīzes un kontroles, finanšu biznesa partnera vai finanšu konsultanta/auditora darbā.
