Job Description

Kalevi tehase planeerimise ja materjaliladude juhi töö sisu on planeerimise osakonna ja materjaliladude toetamine vastavalt ettevõtte strateegilistele eesmärkidele. Sujuvate tööprotsesside tagamine oma vastutusvaldkonnas ning Kalevi tehase tulemustesse panustamine osakonna eesmärkide saavutamise kaudu.

Põhiülesanded on:

•osakonna tööprotsesside ja inimeste juhtimine;

•tarnekindluse analüüs ja muu planeerimise aruandlus;

•tootmismahtude koordineerimine vastavalt nõudlusele ja võimsustele;

•katkematu ja efektiivse planeerimisprotsessi tagamine;

•planeerimise võtmenäitajate ja muude oluliste võtmenäitajate arendamine ja haldamine;

•laopinna vajaduse analüüs, hoiustamisvõimaluste planeerimine;

•laovarude juhtimine, analüüs, planeerimine, realiseerimisaegade jälgimine;

•parendus- ja arendusprojektides osalemine, nende algatamine ja ellu viimine.

Qualifications

Anna endast märku kui:

▪oled omandanud majandus-, ökonoomika-, infotöötluse-, logistika- või tootmisalase kõrghariduse;

▪omad sarnasel positsioonil vähemalt 3 aastast töötamise kogemust;

▪tunned väga heal tasemel projekti juhtimise põhimõtteid ja oled neid ka oma töös kasutanud;

▪eeliseks on teadmised SAP, SAP IBP ja Excelis;

▪valdad eesti keelt kõrgtasemel, inglise keelt vähemalt B2 tasemel.

Orkla Grupis saad pidevalt õppida rahvusvahelisest kogemusest, töötada osaliselt kaugtööna ning kasutada soodustustepaketti, sh sporditoetust.Töötamiskoht on Kalevi tehasemaja kontoris Jüri lähedal Lehmja külas.
