Estrutura do Programa:

  • Participação em um programa de job rotation (90 dias):
  • Treinamento inicial (2 semanas): Capacitação em produtos, marcenaria, qualidade e técnicas de montagem.
  • Aprendizado prático sobre montagem de móveis e padrões de qualidade.
  • Atuação posterior como Montador Externo, com possibilidade de contratação CLT ou MEI.

Desafio do Cargo: Responsável pela montagem dos produtos diretamente na residência dos clientes, garantindo que o projeto vendido seja executado com precisão e de acordo com os padrões de qualidade estabelecidos. Além disso, supervisiona e coordena as atividades de montagem, assegurando conformidade com os detalhes do projeto, eficiência no processo e servindo como referência para a equipe.

Atividades Principais:

Manutenção de Padrões e Segurança: • Garantir a segurança, organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho, cumprindo os programas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (SSMA) da empresa.

Apresentação Profissional: • Apresentar-se ao cliente com elegância, uniformizado e com postura profissional.

Verificação de Material e Ambiente: • Conferir se o material entregue está armazenado adequadamente e cumpre os protocolos de entrega por meio de inspeção visual. • Inspecionar o ambiente (piso, paredes, janelas) para assegurar que esteja em perfeito estado antes de iniciar a montagem.

Proteção e Prevenção de Danos: • Proteger o piso e outros elementos do ambiente para evitar danos durante a montagem.

Análise de Peças: • Identificar peças faltantes ou danificadas, documentando e enviando as evidências para o supervisor responsável.

Execução da Montagem: • Realizar a montagem dos móveis conforme os projetos, cumprindo os prazos estabelecidos e assegurando a qualidade alinhada ao Padrão Ornare.
