En Oro Verde Hotels buscamos un(a) Analista Financiero para consolidar y analizar la información financiera y operativa de las propiedades de la cadena, identificando desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora que contribuyan al control de resultados y a la toma de decisiones de la Dirección Administrativa Financiera.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Consolidar y validar la información financiera y operativa de las propiedades, verificando su integridad, consistencia y comparabilidad para la elaboración de reportes corporativos.
  • Analizar los resultados financieros y presupuestarios, identificando variaciones en ingresos, costos, gastos y rentabilidad frente al presupuesto y períodos anteriores, mediante indicadores como márgenes operativos, GOP y EBITDA, y comparativos entre propiedades.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los principales rubros de costos y gastos de la operación hotelera, incluyendo alimentos y bebidas, nómina, personal eventual, energía, comisiones de agencias de viajes en línea (OTA) y mantenimiento, identificando desviaciones y oportunidades de ahorro.
  • Apoyar la elaboración y actualización de presupuestos y proyecciones financieras, consolidando la información de las propiedades e identificando variaciones relevantes para su revisión por la Dirección Administrativa Financiera.
  • Analizar indicadores de tarifas y ocupación, así como los resultados de eventos, banquetes y puntos de venta, contrastando ingresos, costos y valores presupuestados para identificar inconsistencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.

Requisitos

  • Estudios: Título universitario en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Finanzas, Contabilidad y Auditoría o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en análisis financiero, control de gestión, análisis de costos, auditoría o revisión de información financiera y operativa.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: estados financieros, presupuestos, costos, gastos, rentabilidad, análisis de variaciones y manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas de análisis, consolidación y depuración de bases de datos); Power Query, de preferencia.
