Estamos creciendo a nivel internacional y buscamos un/a Enterprise Account Executive ubicado/a en Latinoamérica que nos ayude hacer crecer clientes globales de retail en España y LATAM, a la vez que amplía las relaciones con algunos de los retailers más innovadores del mundo.

✨ Cómo marcarás la diferencia

  • Captar nuevos clientes enterprise: Gestionarás el ciclo de ventas completo en España y LATAM, hasta el cierre de acuerdos estratégicos.
  • Hacer crecer cuentas estratégicas: Gestionarás y ampliarás cuentas de retail medianas y grandes, impulsando la retención, el upselling y la expansión internacional.
  • Generar valor a largo plazo: Desarrollarás planes estratégicos de cuenta a 6–12 meses con métricas de éxito claras y un ROI medible.
  • Liderar acuerdos complejos: Gestionarás RFPs, RFIs y negociaciones enterprise para construir alianzas a largo plazo.
  • Influir en el ecosistema retail: Construirás relaciones de confianza con stakeholders de alto nivel y socios estratégicos de todo el sector.

Requirements

🧩 Qué buscamos

✔ Experiencia gestionando cuentas enterprise de más de 1 M€ con una sólida mentalidad hunter–farmer ✔ Más de 5 años en ventas de SaaS B2B, idealmente en Retail o QSR ✔ Amplio conocimiento de los mercados de España y LATAM. ✔ Soltura para gestionar ciclos de venta largos y complejos ✔ Orientación al CRM y forma de trabajar estructurada (HubSpot, Salesforce o similares) ✔ Imprescindible inglés y español fluidos | Se valorarán otros idiomas (p. ej., portugués) ✔ Resiliencia: Soltura para gestionar ciclos de venta largos, negociaciones complejas y procesos de decisión enterprise con perseverancia y una mentalidad orientada a soluciones. ✔ Ejecución y adaptabilidad: Gran capacidad de organización y de seguimiento. Comodidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes, donde las prioridades y las estructuras comerciales pueden variar. ✔ Mentalidad colaborativa: Persona que trabaja en equipo de forma transversal, comparte activamente sus aprendizajes, busca sinergias internas y colabora estrechamente con los equipos de producto, marketing y clientes. ✔ Ubicación: LATAM
