The posting

Orteam is een groeiende firma, opgericht in 2014. Wij zijn een technisch orthopedisch bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de kinderorthopedie.

Wij ontwerpen en bouwen dus hulpmiddelen op maat voor kinderen. Dit kan gaan over een schoentje, spalk, helmpje, korset tot een volledig op maat gemaakte stoel of matras.

Deze orthesen worden helemaal vervaardigd met de hand in onze eigen atelier en worden gemaakt met zeer kwalitatieve materialen.

Wij zijn nog een echte ambacht waar vakmanschap zeer belangrijk is.

Voor onze afwerkingsafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om ons team te versterken. Na dat onze techniekers het hun werk hebben uitgevoerd en de orthesen hebben geproduceerd, zal het jouw taak zijn om deze orthesen kwalitatief af te werken en de juiste fixaties te voorzien.

Hierbij komen verschillende technische en creatieve vaardigheden aanbod.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • De patroontekenen van maatwerk orthesen en fixaties.
  • Versnijden, verlijmen en afstikken tot hoezen
  • Plaatsen van hoezen over de orthese.
  • Je staat in voor de “finishing touch".

Ben jij creatief en technisch ingesteld. Werk jij graag met jouw handen en bent leergierig. Ben je op zoek naar een uitdaging op lange termijn. Sta je open voor een interne opleiding.

Dan ben jij misschien wel de nieuwe collega die wij zoeken.

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • Je kan goed nederlands spreken en lezen (handschrift).
  • Je staat open om nieuwe dingen aan te leren.
  • Je hebt evaring met het werk met stoffen, leder of andere zachte materialen.
  • Je staat op om met machines te snijden, vormgeven en de onderdelen van het hulpmiddel te assembleren (orthesen)
  • Stikervaring in leder is een pluspunt maar geen must
  • De werkplaats en het materiaal ordelijk, net houden en desinfecteren.
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer nodig.
