  • Collaborate with Quality, Clinical Operations, IRT vendors, and other appropriate functions to confirm product-release status, shipment authorization, IRT configuration, and maintenance of study-blind integrity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through the development of procedures, reports, templates, metrics, and scalable clinical supply practices.
  • Manage clinical supply budgets, contracts, purchase orders, timelines, and vendor deliverables in partnership with Finance, Procurement, and Legal, as applicable.
  • Serve as the person-in-plant during clinical labeling and packaging campaigns, as needed.
  • Travel approximately 20–25% to support vendor due diligence, business reviews, packaging campaigns, and other clinical supply activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong operational and project-management skills, with experience managing multiple programs, vendors, deliverables, timelines, contracts, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Experience working with IRT systems and clinical supply forecasting or inventory-management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify supply risks, evaluate alternatives, and communicate recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • A proactive, adaptable, organized, and strategic approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
