Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil hunter, que goste de abrir portas, prospectar diariamente e conduzir vendas consultivas de tecnologia. Você atuará desde a prospecção e o diagnóstico das necessidades do cliente até a negociação, o fechamento e a transição para os times de implantação e Customer Success.

A atuação é híbrida, com base em Curitiba/PR — espaço presencial no Batel — ou em São Paulo/SP, incluindo reuniões e visitas a clientes. O trabalho é organizado por resultados e pela agenda de clientes, sem horário fixo. A contratação é por prestação de serviços como PJ; é necessário ter CNPJ ou abrir um.

Principais responsabilidades

Prospectar empresas ativamente e atender leads recebidos pelo marketing. Conduzir reuniões de diagnóstico com proprietários, CEOs, COOs, CTOs e outras pessoas tomadoras de decisão. Identificar oportunidades para reduzir perdas de tempo e custos operacionais com IA, software, integrações e automações. Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais, com apoio do time técnico. Negociar e fechar contratos recorrentes e projetos. Fazer a passagem dos clientes fechados para os times de implantação e Customer Success, compartilhando o contexto e as necessidades levantadas. Manter o CRM e o funil comercial atualizados.

Remuneração

Ajuda de custo fixa de R$ 3.000,00 por mês. Comissão sem teto, calculada sobre os valores efetivamente pagos pelo cliente: - Vendas avulsas e projetos, como diagnóstico e implantação de IA: 10% do primeiro recebimento. - Contratos anuais de IA: comissão equivalente a uma mensalidade, paga em duas parcelas — 50% após o pagamento da primeira mensalidade e 50% após o pagamento da sexta. - Aumentos de contrato e renovações anuais também geram comissão conforme a regra aplicável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Experiência comprovada em vendas B2B de tecnologia, SaaS, software ou consultoria de TI. Experiência com venda consultiva e negociação com pessoas tomadoras de decisão. Experiência no uso diário de CRM e acompanhamento de funil comercial. Perfil hunter, com prática de prospecção ativa, disciplina e persistência. Notebook próprio para o trabalho.

Conhecimento de Inteligência Artificial, LLMs, automações, APIs ou plataformas de atendimento. Experiência em startup de IA ou SaaS. Rede de contatos em médias e grandes empresas.
