Tööülesanded: Otsime oma ettevalmistuskööki kohusetundlikku ja töökat inimest, kellel on armastus toiduvalmistamise vastu ning soov anda oma panus maitsvate ja kvaliteetsete roogade valmimisse. Sinu peamine ülesanne on valmistada ja väljastada toitu vastavalt retseptidele ning Olde Hansa kvaliteedistandarditele. Sa ei pea olema väljaõppinud kokk! Meie köögis valmivad toidud kindlate retseptide ja juhiste järgi ning pakume Sulle vajalikku väljaõpet kohapeal. Meie jaoks on kõige olulisemad siiras huvi toiduvalmistamise vastu, töötahe, õppimissoov, täpsus ja vastutustundlik suhtumine oma töösse. Kui Sul on varasem kokana töötamise kogemus või õpid parasjagu kokandust, on see kindlasti eeliseks. Sinu töö eesmärk on valmistada kvaliteetset ja maitsvat toitu, järgida hügieeni- ja tööohutusnõudeid ning panustada igapäevaselt meie köögimeeskonna sujuvasse ja heasse koostöösse.

Tööülesanded

Toitude ettevalmistamine ja valmistamine vastavalt retseptuuridele ning tootmisplaanile; Valmistatud toodete väljastamine vastavalt kvaliteedi- ja kogusenõuetele; Tooraine korrektne käitlemine ning säästlik kasutamine. Toidu kvaliteedi, maitse ja välimuse tagamine kogu tootmisprotsessi vältel; Hügieeni-, toiduohutus- ja tööohutusnõuete järgimine. Töökoha korrashoid ning puhtuse tagamine kogu tööpäeva jooksul; Koostöö tootmisköögi meeskonnaga, et tagada sujuv igapäevane töökorraldus.
