1. Recepcionar e atender clientes, fornecedores e visitantes de forma cordial e eficiente;

2. Receber os pagamentos dos planos de clientes, observando o registro correto e prezando por um atendimento humanizado;

3. Controlando ainda toda operacionalização do caixa, trocando bobinas, conferindo trocos, comprovantes de pagamento de cartões, bem como acompanhando o fechamento do caixa ao final do expediente;

4. Organizar e limpar o local de trabalho, ao início do dia, trocando a bobina do caixa e conferindo o valor recebido para troco;

5. Atender aos clientes com cortesia, verificando a forma de pagamento do cliente (dinheiro/cartão/pix), executando o pagamento conforme procedimentos da empresa, emitindo ao final da compra o cupom fiscal ao cliente;

6. Realizar no decorrer do dia, conforme procedimento, retiradas de valores do caixa (S3) para encaminhar para o Setor da Tesouraria, a fim de evitar acúmulo de valores no ponto de atendimento;

7. Realizar solicitação de materiais de convalescentes;

Realizar o fechamento do caixa (sangria) no local determinado, conferindo todos os comprovantes de pagamentos.

1. Cumprir as políticas da empresa junto as suas equipes: RH / Qualidade / Segurança / Compras / Financeiras / ambientes etc;

2. Gerar sugestão de melhorias de processos, de economia de recursos, de redução de perdas e de retrabalhos em seu setor e na sua função;

3. Realizar seu trabalho priorizando a entrega de produtos e serviços com qualidade para o cliente interno / externo;

4. Respeitar e cumprir o Código de ética e conduta da empresa;

5. Participar e contribuir ativamente dos programas institucionais / corporativos de melhoria do clima, do ambiente e de condições de trabalho coletivo ( CIPA / 5S / SIPAT ETC).
