We are looking for a Call Center Consultant I to join our team and help deliver excellent service that our members count on. As a Call Center Consultant I, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, answering inquiries by phone, researching and resolving account-related questions, and identifying solutions that support their financial goals. You’ll assist with consumer loan applications, educate members about products and services that best meet their needs and create positive member experiences through every interaction. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented mindset with strong active listening skills, a passion for helping others and ability to build relationships while providing accurate and timely solutions. What you will need to be successful:
At least one year of customer service experience required with prior call center and/or financial institution experience preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent required Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional phone etiquette Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. Candidates who demonstrate proficiency in Spanish are eligible for a language pay differential Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to solve problems and resolve conflict with diplomacy, professionalism and tact Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously Attention to detail and sound judgement based on policies, procedures, and guidelines Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
