OSI Recruit is a specialized Recruitment Agency in the Medical field in Florida. Our Client is a Top Board Certified Vascular Surgeon in the country and is leveraging his successful surgical practice to advanced wellness and aesthetics. We are looking for an expert PA or APRN with heavy cosmetic experience to be placed full-time at their new facility in Jupiter, FL. This is a brand new office, low stress environment with truly experienced professionals. We've only hired the best personal in the arena for this office due to the quality control nature. The chosen candidate will be someone who is passionate about their career; someone who understands customer service, quality and team building. The compensation will be on the higher side. A great work history is mandatory to qualify. Summary: This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, patient-centered environment focused on holistic health and aesthetic enhancement. You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive care through hormone optimization, medical weight loss, injectable, laser treatments, and vein therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about personalized medicine, committed to continuous learning, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team that prioritizes patient outcomes and clinical excellence. Responsibilities: Deliver non-invasive and minimally invasive laser and aesthetic treatments with precision and care. Administer or support peptide therapies, Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and medical weight loss programs. Perform or assist with injectable procedures, including neurotoxin and dermal fillers. Provide thorough patient education, ensuring informed consent and a comfortable treatment experience. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while adhering to safety, compliance, and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with the medical and clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. Requirements Proven experience in aesthetics or a medical wellness clinical setting. In-depth knowledge of peptide therapy, BHRT, and evidence-based medical weight loss protocols. Prior experience with injectable (neurotoxin, fillers) is preferred. Openness to training and certification in Sclerotherapy. Exceptional communication skills, empathetic bedside manner, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Benefits Health Insurance.
