Na temelju Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (''Narodne novine'' broj 86/09, 87/08, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 136/14-RUSRH, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22 i 156/23.), ravnateljica Osnovne škole Antuna Mihanovića, Dubečka 5, 10 040 Zagreb, raspisuje

OGLAS za zasnivanje radnog odnosa za radno mjesto čistač/ica-spremač/ica- 2 izvršitelj/ice, na određeno vrijeme, puno radno vrijeme (40 sati tjedno radno vrijeme),do 60 dana Uvjeti za zasnivanje radnog odnosa: Osim općih uvjeta za zasnivanje radnog odnosa sukladno općim propisima o radu, kandidati moraju zadovoljiti i posebne uvjete propisane čl. 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (''Narodne novine'' broj: 86/09, 87/08, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 136/14-RUSRH, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23 i 156/23), te uvjete propisane Pravilnikom o djelokrugu rada tajnika i administrativno tehničkim i pomoćnim poslovima koji se obavljaju u osnovnoj školi („Narodne novine“, broj 87/08., 86/09., 92/10., 105/10. – ispr. 90/11., 16/12., 86/12., 94/13. i 40/14.) i Pravilnika o dopunama Pravilnika o djelokrugu rada tajnika te administrativno–tehničkim i pomoćnim poslovima koji se obavljaju u osnovnoj školi („Narodne novine“ 71/25). Radni odnos ne može zasnovati osoba za koju postoje zapreke za zasnivanje radnog odnosa iz članka 106. Zakona. Na oglas se mogu javiti osobe oba spola skladu sa Zakonom o ravnopravnosti spolova (NN 82/08. i 69/17.) U vlastoručno potpisanoj prijavi na oglas navode se osobni podaci podnositelja prijave (osobno ime, adresa stanovanja, broj telefona odnosno mobitela, e-mail adresa) i naziv radnog mjesta na koje se prijavljuje.

Uz pisanu i vlastoručno potpisanu prijavu na oglas kandidati/kinje su dužni priložiti slijedeće priloge: - životopis - diploma odnosno dokaz o stečenoj stručnoj spremi - dokaz o državljanstvu (preslika osobne iskaznice, vojne iskaznice, putovnice ili domovnice, elektronički zapis iz knjige državljana) • uvjerenje nadležnog suda da kandidat nije pod istragom i da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak za neko od kaznenih djela iz članka 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi, ne starije od dana raspisivanja oglasa, • potvrdu o evidentiranom radnom stažu ili elektronički zapis matične evidencije Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, ne stariji od dana raspisivanja oglasa, • dokaz o pravu prednosti pri zapošljavanju prema posebnim propisima (ukoliko se kandidat na to pravo poziva), ne stariji od 1 mjesec.

Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi.
