Na temelju članka 107. st. 11. i članka 14. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (Narodne novine broj 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 136/14 – RUSRH, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22 i 156/23) ravnateljica Osnovne školeVelika Mlaka, Velika Mlaka, Brune Bušića 7, traži:

  • UČITELJA/ICU RAZREDNE NASTAVE– 1 izvršitelj (m/ž) – određeno puno radno vrijeme, 8 sati dnevno – 40 sati ukupnog tjednog radnog vremena – zamjena

Ugovor se sklapa odlukom ravnatelja do 60 dana sukladno članku 107. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi.

Mjesto rada: Osnovna škola Velika Mlaka

Prijaviti se mogu osobe oba spola sukladno članku 13. Zakona o ravnopravnosti spolova (NN br. 82/08, 69/17).

Osim općih uvjeta sukladno općim propisima o radu, kandidati trebaju ispunjavati i uvjete za zasnivanje radnog odnosa propisane člankom 105. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (NN br. 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23, 156/23), te čl. 6. Pravilnika o odgovarajućoj vrsti obrazovanja učitelja i stručnih suradnika u osnovnoj školi (NN br. 6/19, 75/20).

Radni odnos ne može zasnovati osoba koja je pravomoćno osuđena za kaznena djela iz članka 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi, niti osoba protiv koje se vodi kazneni postupak za kaznena djela iz članka 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (NN br.: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23, 156/23).

Uz vlastoručno potpisanu prijavu potrebno je priložiti:

• životopis

• diplomu, odnosno dokaz o stečenoj stručnoj spremi

• dokaz o državljanstvu

• potvrdu Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje o podacima evidentiranim u matičnoj evidenciji

• uvjerenje nadležnog suda da se protiv kandidata/kinje ne vodi kazneni postupak glede zapreka za zasnivanje radnog odnosa iz članka 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi.
