  • Evaluate potential technical solutions and how available or emerging technologies can address operational requirements.
  • Identify capability gaps, dependencies, risks, and barriers, and develop or recommend mitigation approaches. Provide operational direction and subject matter expertise to mission application development and integration efforts, maintaining alignment with operational missions, workflows, priorities, and intended users.
  • Analyze U.S., allied, and adversary capabilities, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), operational workflows, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
  • Plan and support multi-domain constructive, virtual, and live experimentation, demonstrations, integration events, and operationally focused testing.
  • Develop operational scenarios, assessment objectives, measures, data requirements, and evaluation criteria to assess capability performance and operational utility.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of experiment, test, and operational data, and present findings and recommendations to program leadership and senior decision makers.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant military operations experience within one or more warfighting areas or domains.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting operational and technical analysis of military capabilities, CONOPS, operational workflows, and TTPs.
  • Experience translating operational missions, problems, and user needs into requirements, capability objectives, and executable technical efforts.
  • Experience supporting development, integration, experimentation, testing, assessment, or fielding of military systems and capabilities.
  • Experience working across operational, engineering, software development, test, and program management organizations.
  • Ability to organize complex efforts, establish priorities, manage dependencies, resolve barriers, and drive activities toward defined operational outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, briefing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage concurrent efforts, and identify issues requiring management or leadership attention.
  • Experience operating within multi-level security environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
