Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Garantia Automotiva para integrar nosso time de Pós-Vendas, garantindo excelência, organização e conformidade nos processos de garantia junto às montadoras.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Analisar, controlar e acompanhar os processos de garantia de veículos novos, assegurando o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pelas montadoras.
  • Realizar abertura, conferência, lançamento e fechamento dos processos de garantia.
  • Analisar diagnósticos técnicos e verificar a correta aplicação das condições de garantia.
  • Conferir ordens de serviço, peças, mão de obra, códigos de reparo e documentação necessária.
  • Garantir o envio correto dos processos às montadoras, respeitando os prazos estabelecidos.
  • Monitorar processos pendentes, rejeitados ou em auditoria, providenciando as correções necessárias.
  • Controlar, identificar e garantir o armazenamento adequado das peças substituídas em garantia.
  • Orientar e apoiar as equipes técnicas quanto à aplicação dos procedimentos de garantia.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, elaborar relatórios e manter controles atualizados.
  • Preparar e acompanhar auditorias das montadoras, assegurando a organização e a conformidade dos processos.
  • Garantir a integridade, rastreabilidade e organização dos processos de garantia.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas.
  • Experiência como Garantista em concessionárias será considerada um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento em processos de garantia automotiva e procedimentos de montadoras.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de concessionárias.
  • Domínio de Excel e ferramentas de controle.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, capacidade analítica e boa comunicação.
  • CNH categoria B.
  • Conhecimento em veículos híbridos e elétricos será considerado um diferencial.
