Descrição de Cargo – Assistente de Atendimento e Valet

Objetivo do Cargo

Recepcionar clientes de forma cordial e profissional, garantindo uma experiência premium desde a chegada à concessionária. Responsável pela organização do fluxo de veículos e clientes, execução dos serviços de valet, controle da área de recepção, controlar o acesso de clientes e fornecedores e apoio às operações de vendas e pós-venda, assegurando agilidade, segurança e excelência no atendimento.

Principais Responsabilidades

Atendimento e Recepção

  • Recepcionar clientes na chegada à concessionária de forma cordial e profissional.
  • Direcionar o cliente ao Consultor Técnico, Recepção de vendas ou à área de espera, garantindo um atendimento organizado.
  • Prestar suporte à equipe da Recepção Técnica durante os atendimentos.

Movimentação e Organização de Veículos

  • Realizar a manobra dos veículos nas dependências da concessionária, respeitando todas as normas de segurança.
  • Organizar o fluxo de entrada e saída dos veículos na oficina, de vendas, pátio e áreas de entrega.
  • Garantir a correta identificação e posicionamento dos veículos nos locais determinados.
  • Apoiar o controle da capacidade operacional do pátio .
  • Realizar a prestação de serviço de valet aos clientes visitantes.

Check-list e Controle de Qualidade

  • Executar o check-list de entrada e saída dos veículos conforme os padrões estabelecidos pela empresa e pela montadora.
  • Conferir as condições gerais do veículo, registrando avarias, itens pessoais e acessórios.
  • Comunicar imediatamente qualquer divergência identificada à equipe responsável.

Proteção e Conservação dos Veículos

  • Aplicar corretamente os itens de proteção (capa de banco, volante, alavanca de câmbio, tapetes e demais proteções) antes de qualquer movimentação.
  • Zelar pela conservação dos veículos sob responsabilidade da concessionária.

Organização e Suporte Operacional

  • Manter a Recepção Técnica, pátio e áreas de circulação organizados.
  • Cumprir os processos internos, padrões de qualidade e normas da montadora.
  • Colaborar para a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento e fluxo operacional.

Requisitos

Escolaridade

  • Ensino Médio Completo.

Conhecimentos

  • Noções de atendimento ao cliente.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática.
  • CNH categoria B válida.
  • Experiência em condução de veículos com transmissão manual e automática.
