Descrição da Vaga: Assistente Operacional Pós Vendas III

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsável pelo recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e organização de peças, acessórios e produtos em estoque, garantindo a correta identificação e conservação dos itens. Realiza o controle de entradas e saídas, separação de mercadorias para vendas e oficina, apoio em inventários e manutenção da organização do setor, seguindo os procedimentos internos e contribuindo para a eficiência da operação.
  • Responsável pela gestão e acompanhamento dos processos de garantia junto à montadora, realizando abertura e acompanhamento de solicitações, análise de documentação, conferência de peças e serviços, elaboração e envio de processos para aprovação e controle de prazos. Atua no contato com a montadora e as áreas internas para garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos, a correta aplicação das políticas de garantia e a organização dos registros, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e a redução de pendências.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo; Conhecimento básico em informática, especialmente Excel e sistemas de gestão; Experiência com controle de estoque, recebimento, conferência e armazenamento de mercadorias; Conhecimento em controle de entrada e saída de peças, inventários e organização de estoque; Experiência com rotinas administrativas e análise de documentos; Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos; Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com equipes internas e fornecedores; Perfil analítico, proativo e comprometido com procedimentos e processos internos. Diferenciais: Experiência anterior em concessionárias automotivas ou de motocicletas; Conhecimento em processos de garantia junto a montadoras; Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de estoque e ordens de serviço; Conhecimento em notas fiscais e conferência de peças.
