About us

Otamiser is an AI-native revenue management company. We built the first ranking management solution: an in-house algorithm that decides where a listing shows up on Booking.com and Airbnb, then prices it against that position instead of against yesterday's calendar. Most revenue tools start from "what should the rate be?" We start from "is this listing even being seen?"

That question turns into 24% more revenue for our clients. We run it across 25k+ listings, in 30+ countries, with a team of 50+ across three continents.

The role

This is not a back-office pricing job. You own a portfolio of clients — short-term rental managers or hotels — end to end. You are the person they call, and you are the person who moves their numbers.

Both halves matter. Being liked without lifting RevPAR is a nice relationship that churns in twelve months. Lifting RevPAR without ever picking up the phone means nobody knows you did it. You do both.

We hire for outcomes, not functions. Yours is simple to state and hard to do: your clients grow, and they stay.

What you own

The relationship. You're the single point of contact for your accounts. Onboarding, weekly check-ins, quarterly reviews, the awkward conversations when a month goes sideways. You translate what the algorithm did into what the owner actually cares about: more bookings, at better rates, with less work.

The numbers. Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rank. You set the strategy per property, you adjust it when the market moves, and you can explain every decision back to a signal. No gut calls, no vibes.

The system. When you find yourself doing the same manual check for the fifth time, you don't grind through it a sixth. You build the AI workflow that does it, and you share it with the team. Everyone here is expected to redesign how they work; not once, but regularly.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years in revenue management, hospitality, or account management — with real numbers you can point to. We care about what you moved, not where you studied.
  • You're comfortable in the data.
  • You can hold a room. You'll present performance to owners who are sceptical, busy, and not analysts. Clarity beats sophistication.
  • Communicative strong. You posses the skills to lead a meeting
  • You use AI with clear eyes. Enthusiasm, not hype. You know it handles routine work better than you do, and that your edge is judgment, taste and relationships.
  • You're organised without being told to be. A portfolio of clients means competing priorities every single week. Nobody will chase you.
  • Dutch and/or English, fluent. Extra languages are a real advantage — our clients are in 30+ countries.
  • "Just do it" mentality. We ship, we adapt, we move fast, because every day a fix waits is revenue left on the table.
