As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an active part of the sales organization. You will be part of Sales teams and will often be the first point of contact with the customer. You will identify needs, proactively propose solutions & even be an active sales agent and follow up on deals all the way through delivery.

Performance oriented, the Inside Sales Representative is proactive on clients needs and able to lead a sale process as a key member of the sales team.

Your main responsibilities

·Regularly and consistently look for new business both in Hospitality and Healthcare markets.

·Proactively contact both new and existing customers.

·Follow up on leads, campaigns, and business opportunities.

·Provide fast and professional service, while contributing to increased sales.

·Handle incoming sales inquiries and orders via phone, email and online platforms.

·Proactively contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

·Understand the customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to develop customer satisfaction.

·Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and conversion into sales orders.

·Process the orders into the system in line with customers’ delivery requirements. inform the customers of any delays and will arrange alternative delivery dates.

·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

·Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless customer service as well as with other support functions (finance, marketing, etc).

·To provide information to the Demand Planning Team department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.

·Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

·Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

A suitable background would be a proven experience in sales or customer service – an experience in Hospitality segment: Hotels and/or Healthcare segment is a plus.
